We’ve created an online training program everybody can do at home. This is for everyone affected by the quarantine and afterward, when we open back up. It’s for people who want to lose body fat, increase their general and overall wellness and body builders as well.

The program is designed around body weight and minimal equipment exercises you can do at home. Our current gym members are doing this and working out from home right now. Some of them have bands and kettlebells, some of them have nothing but bodyweight – We’ve been doing this for a couple of weeks now and everybody is loving it!
