Our owner, Jon, has spent the last year and a half developing a program that will get you the results you want using no extra equipment, but just your body weight. Build a strong, lean physique!
This program is structured with push ups, pull-ups, handstands and metabolic conditioning training.
- Each day involves specific practices to reach success!
- Customized exercises for all skill levels — don’t worry if can only do knee push-ups, or can’t do a pull-up (yet) or always wanted to learn how to do a handstand — this program will challenge you at your level.
- Motivation, accountability and support from our expert trainers to ensure you reach your goals.
- MBG also includes holistic aspects as part of this challenge; breathing, timed-released nutrition, hydration, alignment training and good habit building practices.
