Tips, stories, and advice to lead a healthier, more fulfilled life…
We can admit – it’s pretty scary to reflect back on this year, as we all could have never imagined this time last year where we would be today. But nonetheless, I want to encourage you to reflect on the past year. And look ahead to 2021, which brings me to the theme we now focus on; always moving forward.
I think you’ll learn to appreciate what you’ve accomplished this year despite the pandemic, and realize that you might have fallen short in certain areas, but maybe developed in others.

If you’re looking for more accountability and support in 2021, I send out weekly letters, sent straight to your inbox, filled with advice, tips, and tools to help you move forward towards whatever goals you’re striving to reach. Go ahead and sign up for my weekly letter.
You might be tempted to write off the rest of 2020 and skip ahead to 2021… I can’t say I wouldn’t blame ya.
(I’ve been feeling my shares of ups and downs myself as a business owner in 2020)
Let’s face it…
Falling OFF the wagon happens to even the BEST of us at this time of year…, even when it hasn’t been self-imposed.
The Gyms are closed, we’ve been thrown off our collective games. The Holidays mean eating and drinking, and with no exercise, this can be a recipe for some bad juju.
I, myself love chocolate… and I know that one day in the next week I’ll eat too much of it…
So what will I do… and what should you do to get back on track when you…
Eat too much… hit snooze… sleep late… stay up late… or drink too much?

First, forgive yourself.
You’ve done nothing wrong… you’re human.
Second, It’s hard to fix everything all at once, but none the less… Let’s build a plan to fix this!
There’s no other answer. It doesn’t matter how we feel when we wake up. We can’t let it ruin us another day.
There is still so much time left to accomplish great things.
What you’ll need is the “F” word…
The one you kinda, sorta, want to ignore because it takes hard work…
The one prevents you from chasing shiny objects…
And starting new projects each week…one of the most important is the one we need to work on is ourself.
I’m talking about…ABSOLUTE
FOCUS
Focus is knowing what to do… when to do it,
what to cut… where to double-down… and where to say HECK NO.
Now let’s get down to business…
You have a decision to make.
Decide that next year, you won’t just survive, you’ll thrive.
Decide that no matter what happens in the world, or your world for that matter that you’ll
stay focused and committed to achieving your goals.
Step up and make your goals a reality this year. Work every day, in some way to get ahead,
move forward, and keep purpose driving your efforts to achieve.
Gratitude generates kindness through our families, friends, communities especially during
dark times, which these are…
FIVE MORE FAST FIXES
- Take 3 minutes and write down every productivity obstacle in your way this week.
- Then take another 3 minutes and write down 2 solutions for every obstacle.
- If one doesn’t work, try the other.
- If neither works, write down the name of someone that can help, and ask them for advice.
- Get accountability for following through on everything!
One last word about the end of the year and the beginning of the next is this:
If there’s anything I can help you with, in reaching your body and fitness goals, motivational
and/or accountability in helping to achieve the goals you have set out for yourself, even if you
don’t have those set, don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
Workout plans, nutrition, motivating my athletes and members is what I do and I don’t plan on
stopping that in 2021…. So, what challenges are you facing with your fitness right now?
If you’d like a complimentary free nutrition audit, go ahead and fill out this questionnaire
by clicking this link over the holidays, if you’d like some help.
Cheers, and Happy Holidays 🙂
